Topher's career began in the Washington, DC commercial real estate development arena. In those years of working in DC's development circles Topher had exposure to all facets of the real estate community including Real Estate attorneys, architects, engineers, land brokers, end user sales teams, planning, zoning and historic preservation board members and fellow development company professionals.
This experience gave him the network, experience and market know how to evaluate the value of developable land, office, retail and under used buildings throughout the City.
Topher has successfully represented many tenants and landlords in negotiating office and retail leases.
Topher has helped sellers dispose of income generating assets in the market, often to his own clients looking for investment opportunities.
Topher has been involved in multiple off market land assemblages that have resulted in extraordinary development projects for his design and development partners.
